This information is from a manuscript by col. Thummel. It states:Isaac FINCH was born on 20 Nov 1788/89 in Plains Twp, Pittston, Luzerne, PA. He died in 1860 in Greenfield, Luzerne, PA.
MILITARY: served in war of 1812 as Captain.
He was married to Betsey WEEKS. Betsey WEEKS was born in, Cayuga, NY.

That is the only information I have on him, other than typwritten pages that were handed down to me with the same info.It is likely that it also came from Thummel.

Lucinda's last name was Swallow and not Sweet, so I am afraid they were not sisters. I wish I had more to share with you!Hope the tidbit helps!The Thummel website is very interesting.Give it a look-see!
