There most def. is Fitzwater records from the line of Thomas Fitzwater who sailed on the Welcome with Penn in Chester Co. Pa.

Deed records show that Charles Read, Job Goodson, Evan Owens, George Fitzwater, Joseph Pidgeon who were Merchants from the city of Philadelphia and trustees of the Society of Free Traders. William Penn inDeed dated March 24, 1681 granted the Society of Free Traders 20, 000 acres. Penn later deeded even more land to the Society over the next several years amounting to several thousand acres in Chester Co.. George Fitzwater signed several of them for dif. years.(So here is George Fitzwater back and forth to Chester Co. in numerous land dealings for the Society.)

Chester Co.Mortage on July 27, 1757 (Recorded Aug 23, 1757)Thomas & Sarah Preston of the City of Philadelphia merchant deed 5 tracts of land to Thomas Preston of London England one in Whitepain Township bounded by William Palmer, Richard Whitepain, Thomas Fitzwater.
