FLACK of Walston, Suffolk ENG
Family stories would indicate my ancestor, William Flack, is the son of William Flack and Elizabeth Reeve, born just before his father was killed in October of 1808.But I can't prove it!Census records indicate my William was born at Walston in Suffolk and I think that must be Walston Ley, near Chevington.John Flack, son of William Flack and Elizabeth Reeve, ran foul of the law in Little Welnetham and was sent out to Australia as a convict about 1820.It is in the right general area.Descendants of John the convict believe my William is John's younger brother, who is mentioned but unnamed in their records. Can anyone help?Margie.
