This is what I found in the Flanders book by Edith Dunbar Flanders.
Phineas b. 3-31-1792 Boscawen, N.H. d.2-10-1853 same place. m. 3-25-1813 at Boscawen, N.H. to Charlotte Flanders b. 3-31-1792 d. 6-13-1856 Boscawen, N.H. daughter of Arron Flanders and Hannah Flanders In 1827 ne purchased land in St. Albans, Vt. and in 1929, Charlotte, his wife purchased land in St. Albans also from her brother Webster Flanders. they had 5 children.
1. Charlette b. 6-17-1815 d.9-27-1897 never married bur. at Webster, N.H.
2. Mehitable b.5-6-1816 d.3-9-1883 Webster bur.Boscawen, N.H. never married
3.Phinette b.10-21-1817 or 1818 died young.
4. Phineas b. 7-1-1820 have more on this one
if you need.
5. Lavote b. 4-21-1822 died young.
I have Phineas b. 7-1-1820 having four children.
