Oscar Peabody Flanders in Canada

I have reached a dead end finding my paternal Great-grandfather, Oscar Peabody Flanders.
My information about him is limited.
I know that he was married more than once.
He had a son, Frank Flanders who was born in 1887 in Canada (I think) and died in Washington State in 1947. Oscar's wife died giving birth to Frank.
They lived in Sask. British Columbia Canada at one time. My Grandfather Frank, immigrated to the U.S. in the 1940's but I have no idea what happened to his father.
