Flanders Flanders of Texas

Hello,

My name is Brandon M. Flanders, an African-American man of 29 yrs of age, who resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I have been trying hard to find other family members from the Texas area, or members who have family members in Texas. I a descendant of Earnest Flanders Sr. (1922-1996) of Fort Worth, Texas. Earnest was the son Judge and Mary Flanders of Texas, and brother of a sister (I think her name is Mamie or Minerva) and brother Gilbert B. Flanders (1916-2000). I happen to have come across Flanders members in Florida, but have lost touch with them. My father is Earnest Flanders, Jr. He has 6 brother (Roy, Bobby, Gary (deceased), Ricky & Greg and one sister (Vickie Flanders-Williams. This is the only family I know of the Flanders. I would love to meet other relatives. I there are any family reunions coming up or being planned I would like definately like to attend -- where ever it being held. I just feel that it is important for me to find out more about our heritage/kindred. I would love to pass this along to my children and grandchildren one day.
