Capt. FLANDERS, 1871 newspaper story, Oregon

I just posted an old newspaper story about a Capt. FLANDERS, who opened up an office to act as agent for the ship (probably a steamship) Constantine. This was scanned from an original issue (NOT microfilm!) of the Daily Oregon Herald dated August 10, 1871, and you can see it online here:
