"Isom Floyd" and family--VA--1870

Has anyone come across any information on this person in their research? Have been unable to find him after the 1870 Buchanan County Census, he was listed as being 28 years old, a farmer, born in VA, married to Elizabeth, they had one child, a daughter, named Mary J., 7 months old. Would like to know what happened to them and/or where they went from there.
