Sarah Floyd NC married George Luther

Am searching for my great great great grandmother, Sarah Floyd, who married George Luther in Randolph County, North Carolina on July 25, 1858. Have no other dates or details except some of the children.I don't know when she died, I don't know if George had other wives before or after her.
If you are a Floyd or have them in your allied family groups, and you haveSarah from North Carolina in your line, I sure would appreciate your help, I'd like to find out about her. I'm stuck on this one.
