In 1832 Francis Floyd of Marion District, South Carolina deeded property to the heirs of his father and Polly, wife of his father. Deed witnessed by Harmon and Samuel Floyd, sons of Samuel Floyd. I assume that Francis is also a son of Samuel. Does anyone have any furthur proof of this.Also, what was the last name of Polly?
Also, is this the same Francis Floyd that can be found in Smith County, Mississippi in 1850?
