Susannah Floyd (widow of Francis Floyd d 1816 Rowan Co) was still living at least as late as 1822 and probably was the Susannah Floyd who died in 1841. Henry Owen who was appointed the administrator of her estate was the son of Benjamin Owen d 1827 (Henry was named as a son in Benjamin's will) who owned land adjoining Francis Floyd. I know of no other Susannah Floyd that this could be. She could not be the widow of Francis's son John Floyd as he was still alive in 1828 as proven by a deed to Lewis Snider in which John Floyd sold 100 acres that can be traced back to Francis Floyd. (Davidson Co DB 3 p 377)
Davidson Co DB 1 p 82 26 Feb 1822Susannah Floyd wife of Francis Floyd dec'd of Rowan Co to Lenard Smith of Rowan Co. Sum of $100 cash. Land on the waters of Abbots Creek... begining at a hicory on the west side of Abbots Creek runing thence across sd Creek east to the east bank of said Creek running thence down the creek with its meanders of the said creek to where the old original line of Francis Floyd dec'd line crosses the same thence west with the same 55 chs to a post oak thence No. 52 chs to a stake thence 5 chs to the begining containing 102 acres... Signed Susannah (X) Floyd (seal) Wit Jacob Smith, George Smith July Session 1823 Proven in open court by Jacob and George Smith.
Since she refers to herself as the wife of Francis Floyd dec'd, this must surely be part of the 150 acres left to her in his will. "I give to my wife Susanna all the stock household furniture and one hundred & fifty acres land where I live now." She must have retained about 48 acres of the 150 acres.
This is the deed for the same 150 acres that names Benjamin Owen as an adjoining land landowner.

Davidson Co Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions vol III p 121 2nd Mon in Aug 1841 Henry Owen is appointed administrator of Susannah Floyd. He entered into bond in the sum of $100 with David Smith his security which was approved & he qualified & obtained letters.
I have searched through all the old will/admin books in Davidson Co and can't find Book 1 or Book 2 of admins. The earliest admin book I could found was Book 3. The records for Susannah Floyd's admin would probably be in Book 1.
