I have just seen all the postings on Flurrys and am excited to findsome connections. A Pam Oden Flurry responded to a note of mine on another Forum and I think we are of the same line. We plan to communicate and share. It sounds like all of you have done some serious research. I just started this since 1998 while recovering from cancer to keep my sanity while on Chemo. I am no where near looking for the Flurrys. It all gets so time consuming. But I was so happy when Pam O. Flurry contacted me. This was the first live person in the Flurry line to contract me. Imagine the excitement of finding my Great Grandfather Jordan Franklin Willis b 1839 in Henry Co. Ala. d 1911 in Worth Co. Ga. His wife was Nancy Flurry also d in Worth Co. Ga. They are buried in Sumner Cemetery in Sumner, Worth Co. Ga. Nancy's grave is unmarked but is suppose to be next to Jordan her husband. I do have their marriage paper but have not connected her (Nancy Flurry) father or other family. I am hoping it is of this Ala. line. Will appreciate any information I can get from anyone out there.
