Info on Iowa Forbes??

I am looking for information on Laverne Forbes born about 1911 in Carson, Iowa.He died on February 19, 1944 in Italy during WWII.I believe he had a brother named Willis B and a sister named Fern who married a Thomas.If anyone has any information on his parents, I would greatly appreciate some assistance.Thank you.
