Missing Person in the Forner Family

I am searching for Irene Forner Born around 1875 in Buffalo NY(??)she traveled to the Chicago Expo 1893 where she married David Shoukair and had 5 children. The story goes that one day she went out for bread and never returned. I havent found any records of her. I thought her parents were John Charles Forner of PA and Canada and Emily(?) Howard Forner.
