Mr. Andrew Forson,
Thank you for replying to my posting. It is an honor to make your acquaintance.
I think that the Thomas I am searching for was born in 1825 to William J and Rebecca Grooms.His middle initial is "M."His siblings were William G.(b. 1817 or 1822, GA), Wiley G.(b. 1820, GA), John(b. 1829), Ann Caroline(b. abt. 1829), Clementine(b. abt. 1831), Elis(h)a(b. abt. 1833), Patrick Henry(b. 1836), Mary(b. abt. 1838), Elizabeth(b. abt 1840-42), Robert(b. 1842), and James(b. 1845).Thomas was the 3rd child.
It does seem to me, though, that every Forson that I've come across has an occupation related to building or carpentry.Even my own father is a die-hard carpenter.
If you do come across any information that would help my search, please do email me at [email protected] will return the favor of supplying any information that may be helpful to you.
Thank you,
Katherine (Forson) Turner
