As for my Archie L Foster living in Lawton Oklahoma in 1929, he was born September 1884 to William L Foster and ????
Archie had a sister Lulu Foster Richmond b. February 1886 & brother Marshall b. March 1890.

William was married a 2nd time so Archie had 1/2 sisters here in Texas which I am not sure if he ever knew.
The 2nd batch of kids came about when William married by great grandmother Mary Lucy (Molly) Wilkinson in 1897, they had two daughters, Anne Belle Foster b December 1897 and Ida Vera Foster b. August 1901 both born in Arlington Texas

Archie's dad William L Foster was born 1858 in Minden, Rusk Texas to James D Foster and Martha F Parker.

Williams siblings were Ann Foster b. 1860 and James L Foster b. 1864. Not sure what became of Ann but James pretty much stayed in the Rusk county area till death.

James D Foster is where I hit my road block. Per the Parker family bible he died 8 February 1865 but I am not sure where or who his family was.

There is definetly many Fosters in Texas but until I find a link to James I am stumped!!

I would like to find other Fosters to exchange stories and photos with. My grandmother left me a few photos that I would like to share with others but not alot of stories.
