Lucy FOWLER m. _____ WHITE TN? ca. 1820?

I'm looking for a Lucy FOWLER who is said to be the mother of Louise WHITE.Louise WHITE was born somewhere in Tennessee on July 27, 1829.She married Michael Marion KELLY and they moved to Mississippi (or she moved and then they married).

Lucy FOWLER must have been born from ca 1784-1812, possibly in TN, but maybe in VA, NC, or SC. I wish I knew more, but that's about it.
