Tina, I have tried to connect the various Americas to Baxter without success. He appears in the same area (1810 Spartanburg, SC, Madison Co.Al), but so far, no luck. Baxter died in 1836 in Madison Co., and it appears many of the Fowlers went to Arkansas. As you no doubt know, children were named after their uncles and aunts, so each family seems to have some common names. I will send you my documented info on Baxter's family, but can't go back. Hope you can help. Maybe by putting two together in a bag, someone will shake out! Mary Helen
