To the best of my research, I believe my Caroline Fowler [b.1809] is descended from Phillip Fowler from Mass b. 1591/98 Marlborough, Wiltshire, England, d.24June 1679, Ipswich, Essex Co, Mass, s. of Phillip [b.c.1565] & Mrs Fowler.Possibility your name?He M1] 1614, Ipswich, Mass, Mary Winslow or Winsley [2 s.
