From a statement given by J. W. Irby, Admin. of Baxter Fowler, deceased:
"Notes and accounts due Baxter Fowler at the time of his death that have come to my knowledge:
Promisory note on James A. Fowler, executed november the 10th 1829, made payable 25 December 1829 for the sum of thirty dollars.
A due bill on John E. Fowler for thirty dollars and 25 cents dated February 27th 1833.
Due bill on John Heath for three dollars and twenty five cents dated 6 February 1830.
Due bill on Enoch Bradley for five dollars due one day after date-no date to it.
Account against John Raglin for $5.00 made September the 30th 1836.
Account against Hiream Carigan for $4.00 made September , 1836.
Account on Samuel Jinkins for $3.00-no date to it.
Account against John Smithers for ____$12.75 made September 17, 1836.
Account against John E. Fowler for $30.30 made in 1836.
Account against Wm. H. Glasscock for the sum of $19.50 made in 1832 and 1833."
