I am looking for information about Rafael F Fowler.He was also known by the nickname Slick.He was born in Indian Territory in 1902 to David A and Jane Fowler.He died in Fort Worth Texas in 1962 and is buried in Waurika Oklahoma.I am interested also in knowing what his middle name might be.Any information would be appreciated.Thanks.
