HELP!!! Mary FRANKS VA about 1760

In Loudoun Co. VA. about 1760 Mary Franks was fined 500 lbs of tobacco for cohabitating with and having a base born child with John Barrett.I need to know who she was.Was FRanks her maiden name or was she a widow etc.I believe my ancestor Richard Franks was her son,and possibly also Henry Taylor FRANKS.Henry was taken in by the Stump family soon after this.Richard FRAnks moved to Pittsylvania county and lived with John Barrett and used Barrett surname sometimes.All Help Greatly appreciated!
