Yes I am related!Ida Belle Lewis was my grandmother.She married Deward Belmathy Brim.Her parents were Fannie Belle Stark and James Jefferson Lewis.You stated that you were looking for the parentage of Maude Belle Freeman.I have them as John R. Freeman who married a Lucy.On the 1860 census John is listed as being born abt. 1841 and age 19.He was living with his father, John Freeman Sr. and Juliate (who I believe may have been his father's second wife) and a brother, George.They were living in Caldwell, TX at the time.On the 1870 census John R. is listed with his wife Lucy and sons, Ralph and Frank.I have John R. as being born in Mississippi and Lucy being forn in 1852 in Tennessee.I have a large picture of Lucy that my Grandma Ida passed down to my father and it was sent to me when my father (Boyd E. Brim) passed away in 2003.I have copies of pictures of John R. and Lucy that I believe were once one picure (as you can see her hand on his shoulder, and the way they are posed).I would love to share these with you and would love to have a copy of the wedding picture that you described.You can e-mail me directly at [email protected] look forward to hearing from you.
