So, we're looking for "Major Baltzell" ... Charles Baltzell Sr. or Jr?

Because "Charles Baltzell Jr" was involved in the estate settlement of Robert Fulton (1808) of Frederick Co, MD, I suspect that "Jr" is the man who married Elizabeth Fulton, daughter of Robert.
