There was a Patrick Gaquin that I found in the US census in 1920 & 1930 as well as WWI & II draft registration cards. He died in 1968.He was always in Boston. The draft registration cards said that he came from Roscommon. There was also a Patrick Garkium in the 1910 census with his brother Michael and step brother Joseph Karney. It looks like its the same Patrick that I found in later years because it listed his age as 23 which would make his dob 1887 and the dob on his draft registrations is March 15, 1887. If you think it's him--it's all on ancestry.com.
If this is your Patrick, I would be interested in what you have for his grandparents.I am looking for Thomas Gacquin who died in 1875 in Muckloon but may have lived in Derreen, GalwayThomas daughter Mary, married Patrick McCormack about 1855.
