Re: Wiley/Garner Family Bible

My great great Grandfather was known as Wiley B. Garner who lived in Tate County,Mississippi (Formerly Desoto County, Mississippi) prior to the civil war. My Grandfather, John F.Garner, aka John Fouche Garner, 1839 Ga-1881 Tate County, Mississippi, was his son. Do not know when or when Wiley B. Garner died or is buried, but believe may have died during the war.

the similarity of the names, leads one to believe that there may have been some connection. Believed that Wiley B. Garner married his first wife in Bibb County,
Ga.

May be some relation ,but do not know. Would be interested in any information you may be able to share with me.
