Hi Jackie, Your best information would be in Mrs Thiesen's book about Michael A. Garoutte descendants.Steven Douglas is selling it.Please see his message in this forum.There is a lot of info and a picture of George P Garoutte in the book.I also have some info on him from the "History of Dallas Co, Iowa if you would like me to send it to you.
