I saw your message about trying to find info on Sophia Smith.I have some info (this was handed down, so I'm not completely sure of the accuracy).The info I have says that Sophia was born September 23, 1759, the daughter of James Smith, who was a Quaker.He was also an innkeeper.Sophia and Michael were married on October 26, 1778, at Pleasant Mills, New Jersey.I also have some info that was copied from a diary of Michael Garouette.If you would like to have this info(although there isn't much), please email me at kim_pitts12@yahoo.com.
