That must be the Lucy Garrard I have, born 1830 to Allen Garrard and Nancy Maddox. Allen was another son of Anthony Garrard. My data shows her married to James Henrick. She would have been named after her aunt, Lucy Tius Garrard, born 1802 to Anthony and Elizabeth. There was also another Lucy Tius Garrard, born after 1812 to John Garrard (son of Anthony) and Martha Kendrick. This latter Lucy would be her cousin.
