I'm sure you know this already, but it is fairly certain that both George Edward Garratt and Charles Foster Garratt were children of John Garratt the Lord Mayor and Frances Foster Wensley, since they were married in 1830, and George was born in 1836, and Charles, evidently, was given his mother's middle name.Please let me know how I can get any information you have and how much it would cost for the effort.I can't believe you found photos.Amazing.
