I am trying to trace my wifes fathers name (GARRETT).

Lewis dean Garrett
b. Abt Aug 2 1949, Memphis, TN.
d. 21 Aug 2006, Fresno, Fresno Co., Ca.

His Father
Almer GARRETT

That is all the information I can get. Lew's Mother (Almer's wife) is Myrtle FREEMAN. Almer could be "Elmer" we aren't sure. My wife didn't ever meet her grandfather and Lew didn't talk much about him.
