"JAMES M. GAYNOR, of Providence, was born in Ireland, September 2, 1871, and received his education in the public schools and Columbus Business College, Chillicothe, Ohio. Was elected representative, vice John J. Richards, at a special election held February 16, 1914, and qualified for office February 18, 1914. Occupation, telegraph operator. Politics, democratic."
