Hello again, here is abit more info for you
In may of 1774 the sailing vessell Albion from England docked at halifax N.S. with a number of prospective settlers for the province of Novia Scotia.Note in 1787 New Brunswick became a seperate province from Novia Scotia Among the passangers on the Albion were
joshua Geldart brn 1726,and his nephew john Geldart brn circa 1755,also martha Smith whom married john Geldart.
There are many decendents of john Geldart and martha Geldart{Smith}in New Brunswick Canada and Ontario Canada to this day.I have posted the decendents that I am aware of through my aunt elsie Geldart{Taylor}brn july,16,1930 McAdam N.B.wife of the late merrill douuthwright Geldart brn april,8,1930 Steeves MT,N.B.Canada.
Would like to find who were the parents of john Geldart and his wife martha Geldart{Smith}
Thankyou all in advance.
There was also a thomas Lumley and ruth Lumley{Geldart}that sailed in on same ship,is this ruth Lumley{Geldart}any relation to joshua and john Geldart?
ruth Geldart brn 1730 married thomas Lumley feb,25,1849 yorkshire england.
