Geri;you have posted something that is of serious interest to me.It's the item about Frederick Glass of Earl twp.Could you explain if I have the following correct:

m.c.=I don't know what that means

dist;= I don't know what that means

Did Frederick die on 1 Dec 1789 or was that when his will was probated?I take it his survivors were his widow Ann and children Catharine, Elizabeth, Barbara, Christina, George, Margaret, Leonard, Sarah, and Peter (and Peter is a minor and therefore chose his older brother Leonard to be his guardian?).

Where is this will filed (which county?) -Do you know if I can get a copy of it from Lancaster county?

This could solve my age-old question as to what Barbara's last name was (the one who married John German/Garman of Earl twp and later Dauphin county).

Thanks for anything you can do to verify or enlighten me on this.

Sue
