tracing gil family from coahuila, saltillo early 1900´s

my grand mother recently died at age 100 her name was elvira mendoza gil,borned in saltillo coahuila. she mencioned once that her mother name was zenona gil who was from the kikapoo tribe from musquis coauhila if some one know someting about this family in musquis coaulia please let me know
