Re: August, John, and Jacob
John Glaesman is listed at the Ellis Island Website, but his name is marked out for some reason unknown. So he came through Galveston. What I understand is the Glaesman family came to Oklahoma, then Canada in 1911, then Washington, in 1915 they were in Reedley California, then back to Oklahoma. Two sons of John Glaesman stayed in Oklahoma and the rest of the family went back to California. I wish I knew if your Glaesmans were connected to mine. I looked at some of your messages, I am also looking for Ivey/Ivy. I am stuck on my Ivey's in 1860 in Choctaw County, Mississippi, I cannot find them before that. I have searched for years for them too. You can email me at email@example.com I have seen the Glaesmans in Texas, but did not know if they were connected.
