Glasspool Family

Hi my name is Malane,
My G G Grandfather was James Glasspool, Born around 1805 in the Parish of Cheriton - Hampshire. He Married Mary Thayer 4 May 1840 - Parish of Leigh - Surrey UK. There children were as far as I know, Harriet, Emily, George, Elizabeth, Jane... ( my G Grandmother), and Ellen.

Jane Glasspool (G Grandmother) was born 1850, West Hoathly, Sussex, UK. Married January 16 1868 to William Hawkins. Their eldest son (my Grandfather) William Glasspool Hawkins was born 12 November 1868 at Marylebone, London.

They sailed for New Zealand on October 1, 1869 on the Celaeno and arrived 16 January 1870. Janes younger sister Ellen was also onboard, but have not been able to find out any more on her.

I would also like to find out more about James Glasspool, as am having trouble finding out when he died. Jane's marriage certificate in 1868 says, her mother (Mary) was a widow.
