Thanks for your reply..... Have you checked out the "England Genealogy Forum" site... I have left a message on it under Malane Parkhill Register on the 9th August No. 71666 and there is a followup from a William Hartley (I think his name was).... No. 71676....there is some info he has found on the Glasspools, mainly my ones but he seems to think our name was originally Glaspell????? not too sure on this as there are still Glasspools further towards the bottom of his list...so I will still look into it myself, but maybe I will only find out the same info as him...
