I have placed my GGG Grandfather, John Edward Goodson, in the Toronto area (Charleston Settlement) between 1831 and 1835. He was born approx. 1808 (supposedly in England) and died in 1892 in St. Louis, MO. He was an elder of the Mormon church in Charleston Settlement and was also a member of the first Mormon missionary trip to England.
