Gragg m Frances Downs - OK or ARK

Unknown Gragg married Fannie Frances Downs most likely in OK (Muskogee). Died during childbirth in 1923. Her sister Ollie Mae married Tobe Hill Gragg (b)1902. Tobe was my Grandpa. He was a son of Sylvestor "Vess" Thomas Gragg(b)1871. Other sites have Tobe married to Frances but I can assure you, this in incorrect.
