James Green 1931 MO

I am looking for info on James Green born around 1931 in MO. He lived in Willow Springs, MO in 1949. He possibly married Shirley Wharton in 1949. His family were migrant farm workers. He had one daughter with Shirley but they were separated and he never met the daughter.He signed parental release papers in 1956. He had 2 younger sisters that were twins. Any info would be appreciated.
