My Grandfather was born in Rome, Italy and moved with some of his family to Cabin
Creek, West Virginia.We thinkthey changed their nameto Greene so the name would be Verti in Italian.If anyone has any information on this family, I would appreciate hearing from you.Cabin Creek is near Charleston and in Kanawha County, W.Va.
