Greene books

Has anyone heard of the book The Greene Family and its Branches 861-1904 by Lora S. La Mance, from Mayflower Publishing, New York? I have recently acquired a copy and wonder how reliable the research is in it.I am distantly related to Greenes through my Rowley and Winegar lines.
