Harvey Greene and Roxxane Marley/Morley

Hello Doing research on my Green line was Greene before 1915 due to spelling variation. I am looking for records of a Harvey Greene in North Carolina and his wife I beleive is roxxy/roxxane (? spelling) with maiden name Marley or Morley.
I believe Harvey was born around 1780s and died around the 40's or 50s in Ohio
my goal is to trace back this Greene line to thier arrival.
I was told that this line possibly came from New York but I can't document this.
