Thank you for your suggestions.Over the weekend, I found reference to the name of Rebecca's parents as John and Rebecca Greene in The Jenks Family of America (Brown).I had previously found an error in this research, and assumed that the names of Rebecca's parents were incorrect when I was unable to find a John and Rebecca Greene through Ancestry.com.I have been able to track down a John Carpenter Greene and Rebecca Harris (fr. Johnston, RI) who were married in 1810 through the New England Historic Genealogic Society.It also appears that they were buried in Scituate, so I may be on the right track.I will see what I can find on Sally Greene as well.
