Is there a confederate Gen. Nathaniel Green? My great great Grandmother is supposed be 1st cousin to a Gen. Nathaniel Green confederate.Her name is Elizabeth green born May 24,1811 in the state of Kentucky, Wayne County.Moved to Madison County, Alabama in 1818.She married John Moore April 1, 1828 at Decatur, Alabama.They moved to Itawamba County, Mississippi in 1837.Her father was Jim Green.
