Seeking information on the following early marriages of Ripley Co. IN --
*Mary Ann GRIGGS m. Wallen G. WILLIAMS on 14 Dec 1836; the family remained in Otter Creek Township.
*Martha Jane GRIGGS m. Rev. John WATERS; she d.bef. 1870 in Holton, Ripley Co. IN and her husband remarried.
*Susan GRIGGS m. George LOGAN on 23 Oct 1842; they lived in Adams Twp. in 1850 but disappear thereafter.
*Phebe GRIGGS m. Martin B. LOCY or LOSEY on 18 Aug 1847; they were living in Marion Co. IL in 1880.

These girls are not usually named among the children of Seth GRIGGS (1778-1857), who first settled in Ripley prior to 1830.However, they fit very well in the 1840 household of Caleb GRIGGS (b.1795 in VT), who might be a previously unrecognized son of the same Seth GRIGGS.Can anyone provide additional information?
