GRISWOLD and LLOYD NY, MA, CT

I am looking for more information about Oliver B (?) GRISWOLD and Cynthia LLOYD.

Cynthia (Lloyd) and Oliver Griswold are my ggg-grandparents on my father's side of the family. The only information I have so far comes from a Civil War Pension File for Waston R Root, who married one of the Griswold daughters - Corinth. In the file, Corinth mentions the names of her parents and siblings and some of the states where they lived.

Corinth was born in New Hyde Park, Dutchess County, NY in 1842. She mentions living in Sheffield, Berkshire County, MA when she was in school (for a year or two). By 1850, the Griswolds are living in New Hartford, Litchfield County, CT - but Oliver is not mentioned.

several boarders are also listed

That puts them in CT in 1833; MA by 1835; NY by 1842; and again in MA by 1844. By 1850 they were in CT without Oliver (dead? divorced? missed?).

Does anyone have any information about Oliver Griswold (or even Cynthia Lloyd)?
