Grow family of Davies Co., Ind.

I need information on the ancestors of my husband's grandmother Ollie Pearl Grow.We had thought she was the grandchild of Abrham Banta but Elsa Banta in her book states that she is the illegitimate child of Mary Jane Grow.Mary Jane is the daughter of Stephen Grow and Margaret Banta.I need some verification of this.She always said she was named for her father , whom we thought was Oliver Grow.Ollie was born in Davies Co., In. in 1880.She died in Vicksburg, Ms. in 1980, one week short of being 100.Any help on this would be appreciated.
