Grows in Va. 1700s

My g grandmother, Susie Josephine Grow (1849-1888) m Wesley Emory Moore. Susie's parents Joseph Grow (b 1815) m Eliza Miller.
I don't know his parents, siblings. in 1840 a Joseph Grow was listed in Amherst Co, but not in 1850. In 1810 William Grow is in Essex Co, but not in 1820.Any help out there?
